2. Booking & Payment Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
  • Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
  • Payments must be made via approved payment methods provided by Globe TourX.
  • Failure to complete payment within the specified time may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Pricing & Inclusions

  • Package prices include only the services specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Additional expenses such as personal shopping, optional tours, extra meals, or personal services are not included unless stated.
  • Currency exchange rate fluctuations may affect international pricing.
  • Taxes, government fees, or airline surcharges may change without prior notice.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
  • Cancellation charges depend on the supplier’s policies (airlines, hotels, tour operators).
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on banks and service providers.
  • Some services (such as visa fees, non-refundable tickets, or promotional offers) may be non-refundable.

We recommend clients review cancellation policies before confirming any booking.

5. Visa & Travel Documentation

  • Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
  • Globe TourX provides guidance and documentation assistance but does not guarantee visa approval.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate documents and valid passports.
  • The company is not responsible for losses due to visa rejection or delays.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and travel delays.

Globe TourX shall not be held liable for any losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

7. Changes to Itinerary

  • The company reserves the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, airline schedule changes, political situations, or supplier issues.
  • Alternative arrangements of similar standard will be provided where possible.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate personal and travel information, carry valid identification and travel documents, follow local laws and regulations of destination countries, and respect hotel policies and tour guidelines.

Any damages caused by a client during travel will be their personal responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

Globe TourX acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, and tour operators.

We are not liable for flight delays or cancellations, loss of baggage, natural disasters, political unrest, accidents caused by third-party suppliers, or personal injury or loss during travel.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service booked through us.

10. Force Majeure

Globe TourX shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, war or civil unrest, pandemics, or airline strikes.

In such cases, alternative arrangements or credit notes may be offered based on supplier policies.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on www.globetourx.com, including text, images, branding, logos, and graphics, is the property of Globe TourX and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

12. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during booking or inquiry is used solely for travel arrangements and communication purposes. We do not sell or share customer information with unauthorized third parties.

13. Amendments to Terms
